Concentric: Airport Set Build for Live Action and Stills

Concentric, a Boston based biosecurity platform company, tasked us with capturing both still and live action to highlight their new airport Covid-19 screening service. In collaboration with the Center For Disease Control, Concentric is testing volunteer travelers at airports around the country to gather data on viral variants as they come into the country. The program sequenced the first instances of Omicron BA.2 and BA.3 in the U.S. soon after being established.

This was our third collaboration with Concentric. The challenge for this project was the availability of an airport location that we could control and light for the day. We found, in the end, it was best to build the set in our studio. Set designer and stylist Verne Cordova brought the client’s vision to life.

We captured both stills and motion in the same day and turned over a library of files for the client to edit and use across a variety of social media and other online outlets.

Here’s a look at a behind the scenes video and some samples from the project. And, a link to see the Concentric website.
